Each User is permitted to maintain only one (1) account on the 711bat platform. We reserve the right to request source of funds documentation for large deposits or unusual transaction patterns. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of 711bat services shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties. If negotiation fails to resolve the dispute within thirty (30) days, either party may pursue legal remedies in accordance with Philippine law.

11. Account Termination

711bat reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Grounds for account termination include but are not limited to violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, abuse of bonuses, underage gaming, money laundering, or any conduct deemed detrimental to 711bat's business interests or reputation.

Upon account termination, your right to access and use 711bat services shall immediately cease. 711bat may retain your personal information and transaction records as required by law or for legitimate business purposes. Any outstanding account balance may be forfeited if termination results from Terms violation or fraudulent activity.

12. Miscellaneous Provisions

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. 711bat's failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
